A DUI Checkpoint in Lancaster this past weekend netted 26 arrests

DUI Check Point Follow upLANCASTER – A DUI Checkpoint in Lancaster this past weekend netted 26 arrests, authorities said.

The checkpoint was held between 6 p.m. Friday, April 21, and 2 a.m. Saturday, April 22, in the area of Avenue J and Genoa Avenue, according to a news release from the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station.

The results of the checkpoint are as follows:

  • 874 vehicles screened at the checkpoint.
  • No DUI-alcohol suspects arrested.
  • One DUI-drug impaired suspect arrested.
  • One suspect arrested on other criminal charges.
  • 24 drivers cited/arrested for operating a vehicle unlicensed or while suspended/revoked.
  • 38 citations issued.

The checkpoint was funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The suspect is wanted for stealing mail from homes.

He is believed to be white or Hispanic with facial hair.

He is seen in this image wearing a baseball cap.

World Wide Pastor’s Fellowship

World Wide Pastor’s Fellowship:  Established for over 17 years with a proven track record of success.  Our founder is Pastor  Lonnie McNamee. World Wide Pastor’s Fellowship is an organization that allows Pastors to fellowship to discuss the state of affairs in the universal church.

The organization meets four times a year (Quarterly).  Members of the organization varies from different denominations and churches.

World Wide Fellowship goal is to keep Pastors in the pulpit.  If there is ever a need for the Gospel to be Preach it is definitely now.

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? Romans 10: 14.
